Bandsaw blades welded to your length
We weld bandsaw blades to the exact length of your machine: carbon steel for wood and general cutting, bi-metal for steel and stainless, and butcher blades for meat and bone.
Blade types
- Carbon steel, 5 to 32 mm wide: wood, plastics and general workshop cutting
- Bi-metal, 6 to 80 mm wide: steel, stainless and other metals, lasting far longer than carbon steel on metal
- Butcher, 16 and 19 mm hard point: meat, bone and frozen product
Choosing the right teeth
A good rule is 3 to 6 teeth in the material at any time. Thin material needs finer teeth, thick material coarser teeth. Our calculator recommends a TPI from the thickness you cut, or you can ask us.
Price it online
Choose the width, length and TPI in our bandsaw blade calculator to see the price including VAT, then send the order to us on WhatsApp. It can also work out the blade length from your wheel sizes.
Good to know
How do I measure my blade length?
Lay the old blade flat, mark a tooth and measure around the full loop. Or use the wheel calculator with your wheel diameters and centre distance.
Can you supply bulk blades?
Yes. Ask us for a quote on larger quantities.
Can I return a blade?
Blades welded to your length can't be returned unless faulty, so please double-check your length.
