We make abrasive belts and discs to your exact size, for belt sanders, linishers, wide-belt machines and disc sanders. Choose the backing and grit for wood, metal, stainless, paint or polishing.

- Narrow belts up to 300 mm wide for belt sanders and linishers
- Wide belts over 300 mm for wide-belt sanders
- Discs cut to any diameter
- Lengths to the millimetre, with a free standard lap joint
Backings and grits
Paper backings for wood and board, cloth backings for metal and general use, zirconia and ceramic for steel and stainless, silicon carbide for glass, stone and lacquer, and mesh for dust-free sanding. Grits from P24 to P800, depending on the material.

Our belt and disc calculator shows the price including VAT and sends your order to us on WhatsApp. If you don't know the belt length, it can work it out from your pulley sizes.

How long do custom belts take?
About 7 working days plus delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
Narrow belts are cut across a 300 mm sheet, so the minimum is as many belts as fit across it. For example, at 50 mm wide the minimum is 6.
Can I return belts I ordered?
Made-to-order belts and discs can't be returned unless faulty, so please double-check your sizes.
