How it works
- Bring the tool to Shop 1, 606 Frederika Street, Gezina. The entrance is on 12th Avenue.
- We assess it and tell you whether it's a warranty claim or a paid repair.
- For paid repairs you get a free quote first. We only start once you approve it.
- We repair and test it, then let you know it's ready. Track it online with your job card number.

Yes. Please bring your invoice or proof of purchase so we can assess the claim under Bosch's warranty terms.
Do you charge to quote on a Bosch repair?
No. Assessments and quotes are free. Repairs carry a 3-month warranty on the work and the parts we fit.
